Facilitated the opening of an 80-unit affordable housing development.

Unique Abilities Board:

Helped establish this board with the South Miami Commission to promote inclusion and provide resources for residents with disabilities.

Collaboration with Kid’s Marketplace by Slingshot:

Supported events encouraging young entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into action through fun, hands-on activities.

South Miami Metrorail Station and Student Housing:

Developed student housing with VOX 2 and is actively working on VOX 3, alongside remodeling the South Miami Metrorail Station to enhance community accessibility.
